Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases of AeroMind™ products from this store, operated by Arkin Labs Private Limited ("ArkinLabs", "we", "us"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Where this Policy and the Terms differ on consumer returns, this Policy governs.

1. Return window

You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This applies to all customers regardless of location. This does not limit the 12-month Limited Warranty in our Terms or any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, in its original undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Before returning any item, contact support@arkinlabs.in to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

3. Return shipping

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.

4. Non-returnable items

Regardless of region, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable: custom-built, configured-to-order, software-licensed, firmware-flashed, and consumable products.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days, excluding original shipping and handling charges and non-recoverable taxes.

6. Defective or damaged items

Please inspect your order on delivery and notify us of any visible damage, shortage, or non-conformity within seven (7) days. Defective products are handled under the 12-month Limited Warranty set out in our Terms & Conditions; your remedy is repair, replacement, or refund at our option.
